Congrats to the three home entries in the Angel City Soccer League. The trio of squads all notched tight one-goal victories Sunday at Playa Vista to move one step closer to a playoff spot. Now at the mid-season point, each squad has three return matches left.

Someone told me Pete Marlenga had a rocket of a shot to the upper 90 on the right side for the game winner. Can anyone confirm that? :-)
