Angel City FC and the Angel City Soccer Club wish everyone a Happy and safe Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

Here are some recent snaps from the ACSL to tide you over for a week including former US player and current LA Galaxy assistant coach Cobi Jones, as well as our own supa-stars Jonny Ibanez and the ever serious coach Billy Alarcon with Matt Onheiber.

ACSL Results Week 3: strong mid-season finishes

Two Angel City squads solidified their second-place standings with hard-fought wins Saturday at Playa Vista to up their records to two wins and a loss.

ACFC destroyed FC Marina 10-4 and now sits three points behind the Swamp Donkeys in the Ligue 1 standings, while the AC Allstars knocked off the West LA Wanderers 4-2 and sit three points behind Jonesy's Jukebox in the EPL.

Angel City FC took on a tough Etonien FC and were down just 3-2 at the half, but the score fell to 6-3 by the final whistle. Angel City are currently in third place in La Liga with a win and two losses, but still have every chance of taking a top-two spot and making the playoffs in December.

Angel City Soccer League Kicks Off

The ACSL kicked off to a successful start Nov. 8 with eight matches at Playa Vista and a welcome visit from ACFC alumni and Cup honoree Tom Bry.

Angel City teams fared quite successfully, winning two of their three matches.
