Two Angel City squads solidified their second-place standings with hard-fought wins Saturday at Playa Vista to up their records to two wins and a loss.
ACFC destroyed FC Marina 10-4 and now sits three points behind the Swamp Donkeys in the Ligue 1 standings, while the AC Allstars knocked off the West LA Wanderers 4-2 and sit three points behind Jonesy's Jukebox in the EPL.
Angel City FC took on a tough Etonien FC and were down just 3-2 at the half, but the score fell to 6-3 by the final whistle. Angel City are currently in third place in La Liga with a win and two losses, but still have every chance of taking a top-two spot and making the playoffs in December.
